2-Year Movement Warranty
We are confident in our Dandong Custom Movements.
- Coverage: If your movement stops working, loses ability to hold power, or exhibits erratic timing due to manufacturing defects within 2 years of purchase, we will repair it for free.
- Process: You can send the watch to our service hubs (available in select regions) or back to our main facility. We have professional watchmakers who can service 4130, 3235, and 3285 movements.
Return Policy (DOA)
We accept returns under the following strict conditions to protect all customers:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the watch arrives broken or significantly different from your QC photos.
- Stickers Intact: DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC PROTECTION. Once you peel the plastic stickers or size the bracelet, the watch is considered “Used” and cannot be returned for a full refund. Inspect your watch thoroughly before removing the stickers.
What is Not Covered
- User Damage: Dropping the watch, stripped crown threads from forcing it, or clasp damage from rough usage.
- Water Damage: While our watches are water-sealed, we do not cover water damage if the crown was left unscrewed.
- Parts: Straps, screws, and bezels are wear-and-tear items.
