Q: Is Victory Factory related to Clean Factory? 

 A: Yes. Victory Factory is the official evolution and successor to Clean Factory. We have retained the legendary case and dial manufacturing teams from Clean but have upgraded our movement supply chain through an exclusive partnership with the Dandong Movement Factory. Think of us as Clean Factory 2.0—better movements, stricter QC, and superior service. 

Q: What movements do you use? Are they reliable?  

A: We exclusively use “VF-Spec” movements customized by Dandong.

  • For Daytona models, we use the Dandong 4130, which functions exactly like the genuine caliber with a fully working chronograph and correct thickness.

  • For Submariner/Datejust models, we use the Dandong 3235, offering a genuine 72-hour power reserve. These are widely recognized as the most stable and accurate movements in the industry. 

Q: Are the watches waterproof?

A: All our watches are pressure tested to 50 Meters before leaving the factory. They are safe for swimming, showering, and daily use. However, we do not recommend using them in hot saunas or for deep-sea diving, as extreme heat can affect the rubber gaskets over time. 


2. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS 

Q: Do you ship to my country? 

 A: Yes, we ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, EU (Germany, France, Italy, etc.), Canada, and Australia. 

Q: What is “Triangle Shipping” and do you use it? 

A: Yes, we guarantee safe delivery. For countries with strict customs (like in the EU), we use Triangle Shipping. We first ship the watch to a “safe country” (like the Netherlands or Germany) for customs clearance, and then forward it to you. This method effectively bypasses customs risks. 

Q: What happens if my package is seized by customs? 

 A: In the rare event of a customs seizure, simply provide us with the seizure letter. We will resend a brand new watch strictly for free. You bear zero risk. 

Q: How long does delivery take?

A:

  • QC Process: 2-5 days (We test the watch and send you photos/videos for approval first).

  • Shipping: 10-15 business days depending on your location. 


3. WARRANTY & QC 

Q: Do you offer a warranty? 

 A: Yes. We are the only factory direct store offering a 2-Year International Warranty. This covers any mechanical failure of the movement. If the movement stops working or loses accuracy naturally, we repair or replace it for free. 

Q: Will I see the watch before you ship it? 

A: Absolutely. This is the “QC Assurance”. After you place an order, we will send you high-resolution photos and a video of your specific watch on a timegrapher (showing accuracy). We only ship after you say “Approved”.

Q: How can I pay? 

A: Due to the nature of our industry and to protect your privacy, we primarily accept:
