We Don’t Just Ship. We Inspect.
At Victory Factory, we are not just a reseller; we are technicians. Unlike other sites that blindly drop-ship watches from the warehouse to your door, every single timepiece passes through our internal Quality Control (QC) lab before it is packed.
We reject approximately 20% of the stock we receive from the factories because they do not meet our “Victory Standard.”
Step 1: The Engine Test
We place your watch on a professional Witschi Timegrapher.
- Accuracy: Must be within -5/+5 seconds per day (COSC standard).
- Amplitude: Must be healthy (250° – 310°) to ensure strong energy transmission.
- Beat Error: Must be under 0.2ms.
- If a movement fails these metrics, we regulate it or return it to the factory.
Step 2: The Macro Inspection
We use high-intensity lighting and macro lenses to check for visual defects.
- Alignment: Are the bezel markers aligned with the dial? Is the “Rehaut” (inner ring) engraving centered?
- Hand Stack: Is the hand spacing correct?
- Finish: Are there any scratches on the sapphire crystal or dust on the dial?
Step 3: Your Approval
This is the most important step. Before we ship, we send you a personalized “QC Report” via email or WhatsApp. This includes:
- High-resolution photos of your specific watch.
- A video of the watch winding and running.
- Timegrapher results.
We do not ship until you say “GREEN LIGHT.” If you see a flaw, tell us, and we will replace it with another unit.
